Warranty & Returns

Two policies, depending on what you bought: down quilts and sleeping bags are covered below, and handmade Dyneema products have their own 6-month craftsmanship warranty.

Quilts & Sleeping Bags — Returns & Warranty

We want you to be confident in your purchase, and we stand behind the products we sell.

Returns

Quilts and sleeping bags may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are new, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sleeping bags or quilts that have been used, slept in, washed, soiled, or otherwise show signs of use. Please inspect your item and confirm the size, fit, features, and condition before using it.

Returned items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Defective Products & Warranty Claims

A return due to preference, fit, or change of mind is different from a warranty claim. If you believe your product has a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us with your proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and photos showing the issue.

Valid warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Depending on the circumstances, the product may be repaired, replaced, or otherwise resolved under that warranty.

What Is Not Considered a Warranty Issue

Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care or washing, misuse, modifications, animal damage, stains, odors, burns, tears or punctures caused through use, or damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer's care instructions.

Hygiene Requirement

Any product submitted for warranty evaluation must be clean and completely dry. For the health and safety of our staff, products received in an unsanitary condition may be refused or returned without inspection.

Shipping

Unless the item is confirmed to be defective or otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and warranty claims.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Handmade Dyneema Products — 6-Month Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products.

Our handmade products are covered by a 6-month limited craftsmanship warranty beginning on the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects resulting from our workmanship, including failures in stitching, seams, or construction.

If you experience an issue that you believe is related to craftsmanship, please contact us with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the affected area.

For an approved warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected product.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abrasion, punctures, cuts, tears, accidental damage, misuse, overloading, improper care or storage, modifications, or damage resulting from use.

Dyneema and other ultralight materials are selected for their balance of low weight and performance. Damage or deterioration of the material resulting from normal use, abrasion, punctures, or accidents is not considered a craftsmanship defect.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product to us for warranty evaluation, repair, or replacement.

Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. Warranty claims must be submitted within 6 months of the original purchase date.

This warranty does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
